phi rho gives back
Phi Sigma Rho is a social sorority for women in engineering and technology, dedicated to supporting and empowering women in STEM through scholarship, leadership, and service. One of our key initiatives is our philanthropy, DreamGirls, which inspires middle school girls to explore the exciting possibilities of STEM careers.
Through fundraising and volunteering, our members help DreamGirls bring female professionals into classrooms and events to showcase meaningful, fun, and impactful careers in STEM. DreamGirls programs highlight why STEM matters, why representation for girls is important, and why middle school is such a pivotal time to spark curiosity and confidence.
By showing young girls that STEM can align with their passions for helping others and making a difference in the world, Phi Sigma Rho and DreamGirls work together to break barriers, broaden opportunities, and build the next generation of women in STEM.

TAMU BUILD
Phi Sigma Rho proudly volunteers with BUILD. Together with students from across campus, our members help design, construct, and deploy Texas Aggie Medical Clinics, portable clinics that provide critical healthcare resources worldwide. Through BUILD, Phi Sigma Rho contributes to a lasting tradition that makes a tangible difference both locally and globally.
02
Light the Night Walk
Phi Sigma Rho participates in the Light The Night Walk, a nationwide event that raises funds and awareness for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. By joining together with survivors, families, and communities, our members help support lifesaving research and honor those affected by blood cancers through an inspiring evening of unity and remembrance.

03
Aggie Replant
Phi Sigma Rho partners with Aggie Replant, Texas A&M’s environmental service organization, to support their mission of sustainability and community service. Each year, our members volunteer at Replant Day, one of the nation’s largest student-run environmental projects, where thousands of trees are planted across the Bryan–College Station area. Through this tradition, we contribute to making our community greener while honoring Aggie values of selfless service and unity.

The Big Event
Phi Sigma Rho takes part in The Big Event, the largest one-day, student-run service project in the nation. Each spring, our members join thousands of Aggies in serving the Bryan–College Station community through projects like yard work, painting, and home improvements—all as a way to say “thank you” to the residents who support Texas A&M.
